PT. Proservindo Pratama derives its success from a focus on customer satisfaction, team / employee and stakeholder involvement, profitable growth and continual improvement.
This quality policy is practically applied thru the following actions:
- Commit to implement Quality Management System (QMS) at all teams and levels
- Follow established latest respective standard, such as API Best Practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ASME, Manufactured Service Manual, etc, for construction and services of oil and gas equipment/plant
- Test all construction oil and gas equipment/plant, especially for critical equipment using the appropriate tester before sending to the customer. The test result must be the same as manufactured specification or meet/exceed the customer requirement
- Enhance human resources knowledge continuously and respectively
- Ensure the oil and gas equipment/plant meet engineering reliability and design, deliver on time, and at reasonable cost
- Apply appropriate technology, process, and best practices / services for customer satisfaction
- Commit to prioritize the Health, Safety, and Environment aspects
